9- Crack between the tiles and plaster (or pebble, fiberglass...)
10- Around the drain cover rings and inside the rings
11- On the old return eyeballs with 3 screws, the screw holes may
leak
12- Below the boulders
13- Fake boulders
14- Umbrella holder
15- Crack in the retro-fit caretaker pop-up housing
16- Around the pop-ups
17- Spa spill over tiles, grout or crack in the wall
18- MDX drains, between the black and white plastic parts
19- Leak under the deck when the spa overflows to the pool

6- Water leveler set too high on pools with negative edge

Back-flow problems
1- Raised spa back-flowing into pool
2- Pool back-flowing into negative edge troth
3- Negative Edge troth back-flowing into a back-up tank
4- When Water Levelers are shut off, water can backflow from raised spa
into pool or negative edge troth
Other problems
1- Negative Edge troth not big enough to support overflow from the pool
when there is to many people in the pool
2- Negative edge
3- Leak around the spa jets air switch on the side of the spa
Vinyl Liner Pools
1- Tear in the vinyl
2- Screws in the steps, returns or skimmer
3- Connection between the vinyl and any fitting, skimmer, steps, light
etc...
